TROY BAYLISS TO RACE IN THAILAND

If you thought that Troy Bayliss’ return to the World Superbike paddock would include just one quick showing at Phillip Island, then you don’t know Troy Bayliss. The Aruba.it Racing – Ducati Superbike Team announced today that the 45-year-old Australian will race the Panigale R once again, during the second round of the Superbike World Championship at the Chang International Circuit in the Buriram province of Thailand. This is the WSBK Championship’s first visit to the Chang International Circuit, and it will be interesting to see how Bayliss gets up to speed. The three-time champ ran as high as seventh place at Phillip Island, and a new-to-everyone track could potentially play in his favor.
